Well, last night was another great Open Stage!
Certainly every one is different (and you never know what you'll be listening to).
It was a fun mix of rock, indie and acoustic and it was great.
Dank Peech was back!
This group of talented friends dropped by a week ago as well. It was the first time they came by, and they basically rocked the joint.
They've started playing some open mics around town and they're definitely worth catching if you can:

Biography
Brought together by their mutual love of guitar-driven rock, brothers Alex Montenegro (vocals, guitars) and Robert Montenegro (vocals, bass) along with drummer Symon Perrault and guitarist Trevor Tuininga formed The Cold Still in the Leduc area in late 2014. Drawing on a variety of musical inspirations - from stylized indie riffs to the grit and urgency of garage rock and the polished sheen and soaring melodies of britpop - The Cold Still combines these influences to form a unique sonic blend that incorporates each member's respective musical influences while transforming them into songs that become greater than the sum of their parts.
